The ExpressRT™-100 system delivers meaningful reaction kinetics data for at-line reaction monitoring and real-time decision making by process chemists in reaction optimization.

If you think optimizing synthetic organic reactions is challenging, think again. The ExpressRT-100 system monitors your reactions and provides you with real-time, information-rich data. So you can better control and understand the process, prevent rejects and waste, reduce errors and shorten your production cycles. The ExpressRT-100 combines microfluidic sampling with fast microfluidic HPLC, giving you multi-dimensional reaction kinetics information before you can say, “challenging.”

Eksigent’s real-time reaction monitoring HPLC, the ExpressRT-100 system, takes samples from reaction vessels, then dilutes and injects them directly onto an HPLC. The system uses Microfluidic Flow Control technology in conjunction with a proprietary filtration system that easily accommodates high viscosity or heterogenous mixtures. The ExpressRT-100 gives you the ability to determine both conversion and percent impurity, while gaining a better understanding the kinetics of the reaction, for optimization and development of a synthetic reaction.

Features-at-a-glance

  • Generate real-time kinetics data for rapid decision-making.
  • Reduce time required to develop a synthesis.
  • Detect failed reactions earlier (save time, solvent and sample).
  • Collect samples and data overnight without an attendant.
  • Use advanced data processing tools to plot reaction trends, review statistics and more.
  • Get information-rich reaction data using only 30 µL of sample.
  • Filter, dilute, quench and transfer sample to HPLC automatically.
